fly-by waypoint

fly-by waypoint
A waypoint near which an aircraft is required to fly. This is unlike the fly-over way-point over which an aircraft is required to fly. A flyby waypoint requires the use of turn anticipation to avoid exceeding airway boundary limits of the next flight segment.
